Sujeewa sees every case, decides what it needs, and the work is done under her name, whether she attends in person or the visit is assigned to a member of her team.
She is a Registered Nurse. That title is used exactly, everywhere on this site, never in wording that could suggest a doctor.

Every visit is Sujeewa’s responsibility
Whoever attends, the case has been seen and directed by Sujeewa. You are told who is coming, by name, before they arrive. There is no dispatcher, and no rotating agency staff.
The price does change depending on who attends.
On the elder care side the same applies, with one line that does not move: a caregiver never does clinical work. If your parent needs a dressing, a catheter changed or a medication reviewed, Sujeewa does it, because she is a Registered Nurse in this same practice rather than an agency on the end of a phone.
